Need to do some company training on a program that your company exclusively uses?  You can use one of our training rooms at no additional cost.  Companies routinely pay $1000 or more to use our training rooms for a day.    We will help set up the lab for the software you want to teach and then make sure there are no technical issues during the day.  All you have to do is provide a teacher.

Server Updates
Microsoft releases server updates on a frequent basis.  These server updates often patch security holes that make your system vulnerable to outside attacks.  We will install the server updates as soon as they come out so you know your server is protected from the bad guys. 
 

Controlled Desktop Update Releases
We will install all the desktop updates on a controlled basis.  This means your desktop computers will look to the server for their updates rather than the Internet.  This allows us as your Network Administrators to push updates to the desktops on a permitted basis.  Users don’t need to worry about whether or not to install a certain update or not.

All your company computers will run like well-oiled machines because we will give them constant care and preventative maintenance.  The constant maintenance includes the following:

Junk Software
We will work with management to help decide what software is appropriate for what groups of end users to install.  There are a lot of time-wasting programs such as Instant Messenger and games that employees frequently install to “kill some time”.  These programs can kill productivity so we can make sure that junk software stays off business computers.

FAQ

What kind of response time can I expect?
Our no worries contract clients enjoy same minute phone and remote support and same hour onsite support.  We have a large staff of technicians who are eager to help our clients with whatever they need.


How much does the No Worries Contract cost?
The No Worries contract rate is based on the number of computers and servers you have.  The base number is then adjusted for the complexity of your network and several other support factors.  To give an accurate contract rate, we need to make a short visit to your business to assess your current IT situation.


How long does it take to get started
Our company has a solid infrastructure that is easily scalable.  In most cases we can start serving as an IT department for new clients immediately. 


How do you handle the transition
Every situation is different.  The smoothest transitions occur when we have one week of time with your existing IT guy to go over how things are set up; when this is not possible or not preferred we can(and do all the time) take over the support with little or no assistance from the previous IT guy.   


How can I trust your company will really be able to provide what it says it will?

How do you handle after hours support
Our office is open for normal business hours from 8am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Pre-scheduled after hour maintenance and projects are covered under the No Worries contract.  We provide after-hour emergency support to No Worries clients at a discounted rate of $69/hr. 


How are you able to offer free computer training?
In 2003 we started a sister company—the Quick Classes Learning Center.  Quick Classes is run as a separate company and is independently profitable.  The incremental cost to us to add another student to a class that is already running is relatively small.  No other IT firm in the world (that we know of) offers free employee computer training as a component of the IT service contract.  


How involved does management need to be involved in IT?
Ideally, you would turn over all IT decisions, planning, and implementation over to us.  We have high level IT managers who are capable of making smart decisions and will make sure your network is taken care of.  We can report the “State of the Network” as often or as little as you like.  Some companies have management who like to be involved in the IT side of things and some companies have management who doesn’t want to ever be bothered with IT stuff.  We are flexible and can do whatever you want.        


How long are the contracts?
Initially, our clients choose a one, two, or three year contract.  Discounts are given for two and three year contracts. 


What if it doesn’t work out?
We are 100% devoted to making sure our clients are delighted with the service we provide.  We have a 60 day guarantee where if a client is not completely satisfied with our service within 60 days they may cancel the contract completely.
